Mike Kirby

I am an aspiring writer on cycling, exercise and longevity based in the UK. I am a competitive rider and runner currently focussed on ultra-distance races, time trials and duathlons. My particular interest is on the huge benefits of all types of exercise on longevity, specifically, living happy and well for longer. I have published two books, the first a childhood memoir and the second about the many triumphs and disasters of my long life on a bike, called Motion and Emotion and available on Amazon Books. I also write under the name Cycle Scribe on Substack. My weekly posts are for everyone who loves to ride their bike and recognises that exercise is the very best longevity drug.
